Purpose

We process the data provided in the contact form to handle your enquiry, produce an initial assessment and, where applicable, provide the professional service engaged, as well as to manage consultation bookings made through Calendly.

Legal basis

The consent of the data subject (including the choice made in the cookie notice) and the performance of the professional relationship, as well as compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the practice of law and accounting advisory.

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or where essential to defend your interests before public bodies and courts. If you activate the third-party services described in the cookies section (Google Maps and Calendly), your browsing or booking data will also be processed by those providers, which may be located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States) and which apply the safeguards provided for by the GDPR for international transfers.

The legal basis for non-necessary cookies is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
